About the Role
As our HR Associate, you'll own the complete employee lifecycle while also ensuring the day-to-day functioning of our office runs smoothly. From hiring exceptional talent and building a great employee experience to managing HR operations, payroll, compliance, office administration and culture, you'll work closely with the founders and play a key role in building the team and workplace at Snooplay.

What You'll Do
• Own the complete recruitment lifecycle by sourcing talent, coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for every new hire.
• Prepare and manage job descriptions, publish openings across hiring platforms, and build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.




• Drive employee onboarding, documentation, induction and day-to-day people operations to ensure a smooth and engaging employee experience.
• Manage attendance, leave records, payroll inputs and salary coordination while maintaining complete accuracy and confidentiality.
• Handle PF, ESIC and other statutory compliance requirements by coordinating closely with Finance, consultants and external partners.
• Manage employee exits, full and final settlements, and all associated documentation while ensuring a professional offboarding experience.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives that strengthen culture, improve collaboration and make Snooplay a outstanding place to work.
• Own the day-to-day functioning of the office, ensuring everything runs smoothly, from facilities, supplies and housekeeping to vendor coordination, maintenance and other administrative requirements.
