Role Description The Head of Operations at PUNO is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities across the all entertainment center. This role involves planning,
optimizing, and monitoring operational processes to ensure safety, efficiency, and exceptional guest experiences. The Head of Operations leads and mentors cross-functional teams, coordinates staffing and scheduling, and ensures adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements. They manage budgets, analyze performance metrics, implement process improvements, and collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives and expansion plans. The role also includes close coordination with marketing, finance, and vendor partners to support smooth operations and continuous innovation.
