As a Workday Core HCM Senior Associate you will help clients optimize human resources processes by analyzing requirements, configuring Workday HCM solutions, and supporting adoption across the full implementation lifecycle within our Technology Consulting practice. As a Senior Associate you will build meaningful client connections, navigate complex situations, mentor junior team members, and deepen your technical skills while adapting to changing business needs and delivering work that aligns with project objectives. you will contribute to client support activities, help translate business needs into practical Workday solutions, provide training and issue resolution support, and bring a thoughtful, relationship-focused approach to work across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing client requirements and translating Workday Core HCM needs into practical configuration activities
• Supporting implementation workstreams across Core HCM, benefits administration, talent management, and workforce planning
• Configuring Workday HCM features and validating data accuracy across employee records and core HR processes
• Preparing functional documentation, process maps, and testing materials to support project delivery
• Interpreting business issues and applying critical thinking to resolve configuration and process questions
• Coordinating with client stakeholders to gather input, clarify requirements
