The Opportunity

UST is looking for Team Leader; you will play a critical role in delivering a robust control environment and supporting Investment Teams to ensure effective pre- and post-trade mandate restriction monitoring all within challenging deadlines.

You will provide subject matter expertise, particularly in the oversight and delivery of complex queries and tasks, and handling ad-hoc requests.

We are looking for someone who likes working as part of a team, is comfortable with a fast-paced operations environment and has a strong attention to detail.

Key Roles & Responsibilities





The Broker Management team is responsible for onboarding all new execution broker relationships for Clients. They also perform the maintenance and due diligence monitoring of these brokers to ensure their credit worthiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard & set up new execution brokers in Clients’s architecture / systems platforms
• Conduct Financial Crime due diligence checks on all recent broker relationships, as well as monitoring existing & ongoing relationships
• Distribute Clients due diligence & Terms of Business to our brokers
• Assist with any process improvement, ensure operating guidelines are met and controls are accurately completed
• Set up and onboard Term Deposit brokers and accounts
• Lead and mentor the Broker Management
• Identify training gaps within the team and ensure training is undertaken to upskill team members
• Ensure procedures are in place for all processes and keep them updated with agreed changes or enhancements
