Job Description
About Usn
nRaochra is a sensemaking consultancy - we help founders and leaders close the "Clarity Gap" between what a project is assumed to need and what it actually needs, before strategic engagements begin. We're now building that diagnostic discipline into software, starting with Intent Check, an anonymous-by-design product that surfaces real misalignment without ever linking an answer to a person. Engineering here means production rigor as much as product craft: twelve-factor services, infrastructure as code, one deployable artifact promoted by digest, and privacy engineered into the architecture rather than bolted on.n
nRole Summaryn
nRaochra is hiring a remote Full Stack Engineer (3-4 years) to help build Intent Check, the first app on our platform, and the patterns (auth, delivery, data) every app after it will inherit. Stack: Next.js/TypeScript on the front end, Node/Postgres on the back, deployed on AWS. You'll own features end to end, from schema to shipped UI, working directly with the founders rather than through layers of process.

A agile background (varied stacks, industries, or company sizes) is a real asset here: we need someone who orients fast on ambiguous problems, not someone who waits for a fully-specified ticket.n
nKey Responsibilitiesn
