Key Responsibilities
• Gold loan valuation and Accuracy in valuation of Gold
• Net Gold Loan Portfolio addition for the branch
• DPD cases resolution & NPA Gold auction
• Recovery of spurious/below 18 carat cases
• External valuer empanelment
• Maker of transactions (Cash, Gold loan, RTGS, NEFT, FT etc.)
• CASA & A/C Maintenance NFTR %, discrepancy resolution TAT, Deliverables maintenance
• Back up to the Money Officer
• Assisting BOSM in Lobby management
• IAD & Gold loan rating score
• Process & product knowledge, Process adherence
• UV verification compliance
• Timely reporting of branch issues to concerned verticals and follow up as per escalation matrix
• Helping BOSM in Business/ Marketing activities
• Business leads generation and closure
• Timely submission of Gold loan related documents to CPC post audit
