Job Summary:
We are looking for a commercially strong Estimation Manager to lead Estimation Desk—the central pricing function responsible for nearly 80% of customer enquiries beyond standard website products.
This role owns end-to-end commercial estimation for bespoke printing, packaging, paper, and merchandise requirements.
You will lead a team of estimators,



build accurate costing models, negotiate commercially viable pricing across internal stakeholders, and ensure every quotation balances customer competitiveness with business profitability.
You will work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting, making pricing decisions across opportunities ranging from small orders to large enterprise programs worth crores.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Pricing & Quote Ownership
● Review, approve, and finalize quotations prepared by the estimation team.
● Build accurate costing models for customized products using raw material, manufacturing, logistics, and margin inputs.
● Make commercially sound decisions on pricing and strategic margin flexibility based on business opportunity.
● Ensure all quotations are delivered within defined turnaround timelines.
● Monitor and proactively close pending and aging quotations.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Negotiation
● Act as the commercial
