Job Description
We are looking for a Bidding Specialist with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in bidding and lead generation through freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, Guru, and similar platforms.
nThe ideal candidate should have experience identifying relevant projects, preparing customized proposals, communicating with potential clients, and generating qualified leads for IT services.
nKey Responsibilities

- Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, Guru, and other freelancing platformsn
- Submit customized and client-focused proposals based on project requirementsn
- Generate qualified leads and maintain a consistent project pipelinen
- Communicate with clients through platform messages and handle initial discussionsn
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical/business development team when requiredn
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain regular communicationn




- Manage and optimize freelancing platform profiles, proposals, and service listingsn
- Track bids, responses, follow-ups, and project statusn
- Research market trends, competitors, and new bidding opportunitiesn

nRequirements

- 1+ year of hands-on experience as a Bidding Specialist / Bidder / Freelance Business Development Executiven
- Practical experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, or similar platformsn
- Experience in bidding for IT services such as Web Development, Mobile App Development, ERP, Odoo, Software Development, or similar servicesn
- Good written and verbal communication skillsn
- Ability to understand project requirements and create relevant proposalsn
- Solid follow-up and client communication skillsn
- Target-oriented and self-motivatedn
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple bidding platformsn
