nWe’re looking for a highly creative, visually driven designer to join our team and help shape the visual identity of ILEM Japan across digital, social, web and video.
nIf you can turn a creative idea into a compelling visual story — from a social media post to a campaign film, website experience or motion graphic — we’d love to hear from you.

nWhat You’ll Do
nCreative & Visual Design
nDevelop high-quality creative concepts and visual assets for social media, digital campaigns, websites, emailers, advertising and brand communication.
n Motion Graphics & Video
nCreate engaging motion graphics, animations, reels and video edits using After Effects and other relevant tools.
nUI/UX & Web Design
nDesign intuitive and visually engaging website and mobile interfaces using Figma , working closely with developers to bring designs to life.
n️ Graphic Design
nCreate compelling static and dynamic designs using Photoshop & Illustrator ,



while maintaining strong typography, composition, colour and brand consistency.
n✨ Creative Conceptualization
nTranslate marketing briefs, product stories and consumer insights into fresh, impactful visual ideas that stand out in the digital environment.
n???? Cross-functional Collaboration
nWork closely with Marketing, Brand, Product, Content and Development teams to deliver creative solutions aligned with business and brand objectives.
nProject Ownership
nTake ownership of projects from concept → design → execution → final delivery , while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
nStay Ahead of Trends
nKeep up with emerging design trends, social formats, motion design, AI/creative tools and digital best practices.
n Mentorship & Creative Leadership
nGuide junior designers and help maintain a consistently high creative standard across all brand touchpoints.
