Role Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer with 3–4 years of professional experience across UI/UX and Graphic Design to join our core creative team.
This is a hybrid role combining digital product design and brand/marketing design . The ideal candidate should be comfortable designing intuitive digital experiences as well as creating visually compelling marketing and communication assets.
You will work across web and mobile interfaces, marketing campaigns, brand collateral, and selected motion/video requirements. Experience with AI-powered design workflows is highly valued to accelerate ideation, exploration, iteration, and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
1. UI/UX Design
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web, desktop, and mobile applications (iOS & Android) .
- Translate business and user requirements into user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs .




- Create interactive prototypes to communicate user journeys and product interactions.
- Develop and maintain design systems, UI component libraries, and reusable design patterns .
- Conduct visual and usability reviews and refine designs based on user feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure designs are functional, scalable, and aligned with product requirements.

2. Graphic & Brand Design
- Conceptualize and create visual assets for marketing, branding, demand generation, and corporate communications .
- Design performance marketing creatives, social media assets, website graphics, e-books, brochures, one-pagers, infographics, event collateral, and presentation decks.
- Develop creative concepts that communicate campaign, product, or business messages clearly and effectively.
- Apply brand guidelines consistently across typography, color, image
