Role Summary

The Senior Executive - HR Business Partner will provide frontline HR support to assigned business units across locations. The role will partner closely with business leaders, employees, and HR teams to drive people strategy, employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, HR operations, and employee life cycle processes. The incumbent will play a key role in strengthening employee-manager relationships, improving morale, supporting productivity and retention, and ensuring timely execution of HR processes in alignment with FAI HR practices.
