nThe Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key hospital / Healthcare Institutes, developing channel partners, and achieving sales targets for the company’s Simulation Lab solutions portfolio and any other products added in due course of time . This role requires solid healthcare industry knowledge, excellent relationship-building skills, and proven expertise in technical product selling.

- Sales & Revenue Managementn




- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned territories.n
- Identify and onboard hospitals / Healthcare Institutesn
- Execute product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations.n
- Client Relationship Managementn
- Develop long-term relationships with key decision-making individuals, purchase heads, and hospital / Healthcare Institute management.n
- Conduct regular customer visits and product follow-ups.n
- Resolve customer queries, coordinate installation, and ensure after-sales support.n
- Market Development & Growthn
- Identify new business opportunities, segments, and product demands.n
- Participate in medical conferences, exhibitions, and workshops.n
- Team & Cross-Functional Coordinationn
- Coordinate with service, operations, and supply chain teams for seamless delivery.* Support training for internal teams and channel partners.n
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports
