Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Personal Assistant role based in Hyderabad. The Personal Assistant will provide daily administrative and organisational support to leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating and taking appointments. The Personal Assistant will also support office operations by managing calls, greeting visitors, organizing documents, and liaising with internal teams and external contacts. The position requires a professional, detail-oriented individual who can prioritize multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and provide proactive support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.




Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities, such as meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and handling confidential information.
Candidates should possess solid Clerical Skills, including document preparation, data entry, filing, and basic office administration.
Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field are beneficial.
Previous experience in an administrative or personal assistant role is preferred, especially in healthcare or product-based organizations.
Proficiency with office software (email, calendars, spreadsheets, word processing) and strong organizational skills are important.
