• The role is responsible for developing and maintaining SOPs and process documentation in collaboration with business stakeholders and SMEs. It also delivers process and system training across Finance and Accounting functions, including Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report, while supporting certifications, onboarding, and process compliance.

• Proficient in documentation and process mapping tools.

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end Finance and Accounting processes, including Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and Oracle ERP systems.
