Role Purpose
- Drive client growth, retention and expansion through:
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Account Manager enablement
- Strategic client communications
- Focus on cross-sell, upsell and expansion revenue from existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. ABM – Existing Client Growth
- Design ABM campaigns for existing accounts.
- Identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
- Build Target Account Lists.
- Track pipeline, expansion revenue and account engagement.

1. Account Manager Enablement
- Develop sales plays, talk tracks, objection-handling guides and email sequences.
- Conduct training for Account Managers.




- Maintain enablement material/library.

1. Client Communications
- Own newsletters and client updates.
- Prepare regulatory/compliance and product communications.
- Manage segmentation, consent and deliverability.
- Track engagement metrics such as open and click-through rates.

1. Client Engagement & Experience
- Support client events, roundtables, advisory boards and NPS programmes.
- Develop client advocacy, testimonials and case studies.
- Support retention of at-risk accounts and onboarding communications.

1. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with Regional Marketing, Product/Solutions Marketing, Marketing Operations, Account Management and Client Success.
- Use HubSpot for campaigns, segmentation, automation and reporting.

1. Performance & Reporting
- Track client conversion, expansion pipeline, newsletter engagement, ABM engagement and enablement adoption.
- Monthly reporting and QBR support.
