About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Technology & Loyalty Sales Lead to grow our technology and loyalty product business in India.

The role will focus on identifying, developing, and closing opportunities across AI, DevOps, digital transformation, cloud, software engineering and loyalty solutions. The successful candidate will combine strong technology understanding with consultative selling skills and the ability to engage senior business and technology stakeholders.





You will be responsible for developing current client relationships, growing existing accounts and taking opportunities from initial discovery through to commercial closure.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for technology and loyalty solutions across the Indian market.
- Identify and build relationships with prospective clients across key industries.
- Own the full sales lifecycle from lead generation and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue and margin targets.
- Develop relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CMOs, Heads of Digital, Technology, Engineering, Marketing and Loyalty.
- Create compelling proposals and business cases that demonstrate measurable customer value.
- Work closely with delivery and technology teams to develop solutions tailored to client needs.
