Blue Leaf Energy’s mission is to develop, deliver and operate safe, high quality, ethical onshore renewable energy projects, delivering a greener energy mix and lower power bills. We specialise in the development, finance, construction and operation of both commercial and industrial (C&I;) and utility scale solar systems, across the Asia Pacific region. We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Investment Executive to join the India investment team working on greenfield renewable energy developments, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and project finance.

As an Investment specialist, you will be involved in investment analysis, deal evaluation, transaction management, deal structuring,



business and financial diligence, arranging debt and equity financing and market analysis. You will be expected to work as a member of a highly effective in-country investment and project development team that is responsible for greenfield development, M&A;, equity fund raising, project finance, in the renewable energy sector. You will also be encouraged to responsibly use contemporary AI-enabled productivity tools to improve research, analysis, reporting, documentation and workflow efficiency, while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality and sound professional judgment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the origination of a pipeline of renewable energy projects and screen investment opportunities
- Maintain up to date understanding of INDIA onshore renewables market, including for instance trends, market participants, projects bids, commercial drivers, precedent transactions, and opportunities
