The Senior Sales Executive is a senior individual contributor responsible for accelerating profitable growth across the India market by originating, shaping, and closing complex opportunities for HeadFirst Global's GCC and workforce solutions. The role engages confidently with senior client stakeholders, translating business and workforce challenges into differentiated, outcome-led propositions that demonstrate measurable value, return on investment, and long-term partnership potential. Working closely with the VP - Sales and cross-functional leaders, the role develops territory and account strategies, applies disciplined sales processes, maintains a high-quality pipeline and forecast, and navigates multi-stakeholder buying cycles from initial engagement through commercial negotiation and handover. The Senior Sales Executive brings robust market judgement, consultative and value-selling capability, commercial acumen, and customer advocacy to strengthen client trust, expand strategic relationships, and consistently deliver revenue and margin objectives.

- Develop and execute territory, segment, and target-account strategies aligned to India growth priorities, ideal customer profiles, and revenue objectives.
- Originate and qualify high-value opportunities through executive networks, referrals, strategic partnerships, market intelligence, events, and focused outreach.
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite, procurement, HR, talent, finance, and operational stakeholders, mapping influence, decision criteria, and buying dynamics.
- Own the full sales cycle for complex opportunities, from discovery and opportunity strategy through proposal, negotiation, contracting, and transition to delivery.
- Consistently achieve or exceed revenue, gross-margin, new-logo, pipeline coverage, and conversion objectives while protecting commercial quality.
