What Were Looking For

Around 2,000 students sign up with us every month to plan their master's abroad, and we're building the outbound team that actually guides them from /"thinking about it/" to enrolled. We're especially keen to hear from you if you've been an academic / admissions counsellor at an edtech (upGrad, Simplilearn, Scaler, PhysicsWallah, Unacademy and the like) or a study-abroad firm (Leap, Yocket, IDP, AECC and similar). But we don't screen on where you counselled — we screen on how hard you worked and how much you closed.

You're a fit if

- You can quote your own numbers — students spoken to a day, conversion rate, last quarter's incentive — without checking.
- You see counselling and selling as the same job, not opposites.
- You can join within 30 days and work ons
