Role Overview We are looking for Client Relations Executives to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients and ensure a smooth experience throughout their engagement with We Connect. The role involves understanding client requirements, coordinating internally and maintaining clear, timely communication from brief to event completion. Key Responsibilities Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients. Understand client requirements, expectations and project objectives. Maintain regular communication and provide timely project updates.



Coordinate with internal Project, Production, Marketing, Content and Design teams to ensure client requirements are understood and addressed. Communicate briefs, feedback, changes and approvals accurately to the relevant teams. Schedule and participate in client meetings and project discussions. Track client feedback, requests and pending approvals. Identify potential concerns early and escalate them appropriately. Ensure client commitments and timelines are communicated and followed through. Build long-term relationships and identify opportunities for continued collaboration. Maintain professional communication and documentation across projects. Requirements 2–3 years of experience in client servicing, client relations, account management, event management, marketing or a similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
