Accessibility Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of accessibility services

across digital products and content. This role ensures that all deliverables comply with global accessibility

/n

standards, including WCAG 2.2 AA, Section 508, EPUB Accessibility, and PDF/UA. The Accessibility

/n

Manager will lead a team of accessibility specialists, coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, manage

/n

project delivery, and drive continuous improvements in accessibility processes, quality, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Accessibility Specialists, Accessibility Testers, an Accessibility QA Engineers.
/n
- Allocate resources and manage workload to meet project timelines.
/n
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and career development planning.
/n
- Identify training needs and build accessibility competency across the team.
/n
- Foster a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
/n

Project Management

- Plan and manage accessibility projects from initiation through delivery.
/n
- Estimate effort, define schedules, and monitor project progress.
/n
- Manage risks, dependencies, and project escalations.
/n
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.

- Coordinate multiple concurrent accessibility initiatives.
