Yuko Loyalty is a customer retention platform for Shopify merchants. It brings loyalty programs, reviews, referrals, and memberships into a single app. Yuko Loyalty is built by Cartrabbit, a product company that builds eCommerce software for merchants worldwide.

We are growing our presence among India's D2C brands. We are hiring a Business Development Representative to build that pipeline from the ground up.

The Role

You will be Yuko Loyalty's first point of contact with India's fast-growing D2C brands. You will identify the right brands and start conversations with their decision-makers. You will qualify genuine opportunities and hand them over to our Business Development Manager as booked demos. This is a target-driven role with explicit, measurable outcomes and structured training from day one.

What You Will Do
- Identify and research D2C brands running their online stores on Shopify, using LinkedIn Sales Navigator,



BuiltWith, and industry networks
- Run outbound outreach through calls, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp to founders, CMOs, Heads of eCommerce, and Growth leads
- Hold discovery conversations to understand each brand's retention challenges, repeat purchase behaviour, and current tool stack
- Qualify opportunities against defined criteria and book demos for the Business Development Manager
- Hand over every qualified opportunity with complete context: the brand's profile, the stakeholders involved, their pain points, and the next step agreed
- Present Yuko Loyalty as a way to drive repeat purchases, lifetime value, and retention, not as just another app
- Keep activity, lead status, and handoff records accurate in the CRM
- Share market feedback, objections, and competitor insights with the sales, product, and marketing teams

What Success Looks Like
- Weeks 1–2: Complete training on the produc
