Job Description

Develop and execute regional commercial strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen customer relationships across multiple international markets.

Lead and optimize distributor and channel partner networks, ensuring effective market coverage, customer engagement, and delivery of business objectives.

Manage key strategic accounts and identify new business opportunities by collaborating closely with customers, industry stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

-

Lead and mentor Sales and Technical Marketing teams, driving performance, pipeline development, forecasting, and execution of growth initiatives across the region.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering and MBA with 14+ years of commercial leadership experience within specialty chemicals, engineered materials, polymers,



medical devices, or related industries.
- A combination of medical device and specialty chemicals/materials experience is a must have.
- Experience leading regional businesses across India, APAC, IMEA, Middle East, or emerging markets is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of developing and executing growth strategies, managing distributor networks, and driving business performance across multiple markets and customer segments.
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Commercially astute, analytical, and customer-focused qualified with excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to build long-term partnerships in a complex B2B environment.
