Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bench Sales Recruiter role based in Ahmedabad. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and placing bench candidates, maintaining solid relationships with clients and vendors, and proactively marketing available consultants.



Daily tasks include sourcing opportunities, negotiating rates and terms, coordinating interviews, and following up to ensure timely onboarding. The role involves managing candidate pipelines, updating recruitment trackers and CRM tools, and ensuring compliance with client and internal processes. The Bench Sales Recruiter will collaborate closely with account managers, keep stakeholders informed on candidate status, and contribute to meeting placement and revenue targets.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales Recruitment skills, including sourcing, qualifying, and marketing bench consultants.
- Candidates should possess Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills to manage recruitment from requirement intake through offer and onboarding.
- Candidates should possess Account Management skills to maintain relationships with clients and vendors and understand their requirements.
