Role Description
This is a full-time role for Sales Lead – Embedded and Cross Sell Insurance for business sourced through Fatakpay platform. The role will be on-site, located in Mumbai.
We are seeking an entrepreneurial, data-driven, and highly agile professional to spearhead the growth of our Insurance Embedded and Cross-Sell business lines.
In this critical role, you will be responsible for maximizing the insurance attachment rate within the Fatakpay loan journey and scaling the cross-sell portfolio of sachet insurance products to existing customers through digital channels and tele-calling operations
You will own the complete customer lifecycle, from mapping the loan journey to defining the product mix and optimizing multi-channel conversions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the digital lending and NBFC business, digital customer acquisition and insurance sales, analytics and sales execution. This is a high-impact role requiring close collaboration with Product, Technology, Credit, Marketing, Operations, Analytics, and Insurance teams. The individual will be responsible for building a profitable and scalable embedded and cross-sell insurance portfolio through FatakPay's digital ecosystem and customer base.
