KSKT AgroMart is a farm-to-kitchen food company connecting Indian farms directly to institutional and retail kitchens. Direct Bagaan Se is our B2B sourcing-and-supply vertical, spanning Fresh Produce (F&V;), Spices, Nuts & Seeds (SNS), and Grains. We are transforming this business from person-led trading into a farm-backed institution, built on FPO partnerships, structured sourcing, and margin discipline.

Role Summary

We are looking for a Business Manager to own the P&L; and growth of the Spices, Nuts & Seeds channel end-to-end — sourcing, pricing, sales, key accounts, and margin. You will run SNS as a business: hit the revenue plan, protect and expand contribution margin, and build the supplier and buyer base that makes the channel durable rather than opportunistic. This is a commercial ownership role, not a coordination role.

Key Responsibilities

Channel P&L; & Growth
- Own the SNS revenue and margin plan as a defined line within the Direct Bagaan Se FY26–27 target; deliver month-on-month against it.
- Build the demand pipeline across institutional buyers,



HoReCa, private-label manufacturers, distributors, and up-to-date trade.
- Drive pricing decisions on every deal — landed cost, mandi/spot movement, quality grade, and target contribution margin — rather than selling at prevailing market price.

Sourcing & Supply
- Develop a reliable supplier base across spices, edible nuts, and seeds, moving progressively from traders toward FPOs and origin-level sourcing.
- Negotiate rates, quality specs (moisture, grade, admixture, AQR parameters), and supply terms; manage seasonality and price volatility.
- Work with operations on quality control, storage, and dispatch to keep shrinkage and rejection within target.

Key Account Management
- Win and retain organized buyers; convert transactional orders into standing, contracted supply relationships.
- Own the buyer relationship through order intake, fulfilment, credit terms, and issue resolution.
