Why This Role Exists

We are looking for an experienced Power Apps & Power Automate Support Engineer with 4+ years of hands-on experience to provide technical support for Microsoft Power Platform solutions used by enterprise customers.

The role involves investigating complex customer-reported issues, reproducing problems,



identifying root causes, providing appropriate resolutions, and documenting cases accurately.

This is a hands-on technical support role requiring strong practical experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, connectors, integrations, and Power Platform environments.

Key Responsibilities

Power Apps Support
- Troubleshoot Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, including formula/expression errors, delegation warnings, control behaviour, performance, and load-time issues.
- Resolve data source and connector issues such as authentication, refresh failures, connector limitations, and throttling.
- Troubleshoot Dataverse, including tables, columns, relationships, security roles, permissions, and business rules.
- Support environment and ALM issues, including solution imports, managed/unmanaged solutions, workplace variables, and deployment failures.
