Role Description The Oracle Fusion Data Governance Trainer is a full-time, in office role based in Pune City. This role involves designing and delivering training programs on Oracle Fusion data governance concepts, tools, and best practices to diverse user groups, including business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical staff. The trainer will develop course materials, training guides, and practical exercises that cover data standards,



data quality processes, and data integration within Oracle Fusion applications. Daily responsibilities include conducting classroom sessions, workshops, and hands-on labs;
assessing learner progress;
providing post-trainingsupport;
and collaborating with internal teams to align training content with business processes and system updates. The role also includes gathering feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness and supporting change management activities related to data governance initiatives.

Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Business Process design and optimization, with the ability to map processes to Oracle Fusion data governance practices.
- Experience in Consulting, including stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and delivering structured training or advisory services.
- Hands-on knowledge of Oracle HR and related Oracle Applications, with familiarity
