About the Role

Anixon Consulting is expanding its Retail Technology practice and is looking for a Business Development Executive who can help retail businesses modernize their billing, inventory and store operations using Zoho POS and related retail technology solutions. This is a hands-on sales role for someone who enjoys prospecting, meeting business owners, conducting product demonstrations and converting opportunities into customers. The role will involve a combination of field sales, outbound prospecting, product demonstrations, networking and relationship building across Delhi NCR.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect retail businesses across assigned markets and territories.
- Generate recent opportunities through calling, WhatsApp, referrals, networking, field visits and other outbound channels.
- Meet store owners, founders and business decision-makers to understand their existing billing,



inventory and retail operations.
- Qualify opportunities based on business requirements, number of stores/counters, existing systems and purchase intent.
- Conduct product demonstrations of Zoho POS and Anixon's retail solutions.
- Prepare proposals and manage follow-ups through closure.
- Work with the Retail Operations team for technical validation wherever required.
- Ensure smooth sales-to-implementation handover after customer acquisition.
- Maintain complete prospect, opportunity and follow-up information in CRM.
- Consistently build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

What are we looking for?
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales / field sales.
- Experience selling POS, ERP, billing software, SaaS, IT solutions, payment solutions or retail technology is strongly preferred.
- Comfortable with cold prospecting and visiting retail businesses.
- Ability to conduct software/product
