About the Role

Dexhigh is looking for a forward-thinking Junior Unity Developer to join our development team. We aren't just looking for a game developer — we want an AI-adaptive developer who knows how to use modern tools to build games faster and smarter.

You'll work on real production features under the guidance of senior developers: building scenes, implementing game UI, creating visual effects, and writing gameplay logic in C#.

Responsibilities

AI-driven workflow — use AI tools such as Claude, Gemini or GitHub Copilot in your daily work for rapid prototyping, debugging and code optimisation

Gameplay mechanics — assist in developing and implementing core gameplay features for web and mobile

Scene setup — build and organise game levels, keeping a clean project structure and asset hierarchy

Game UI implementation — menus, buttons,



HUD elements and dynamic in-game interfaces

Particles and visual effects — fire, explosions, spell effects and other real-time VFX in Unity

Asset integration — work with artists to bring 2D and 3D assets into the engine at the right scale and quality

Code maintenance — write clean C# scripts and help maintain existing codebases

Testing and debugging — find and fix bugs, and check builds for performance and consistency

Continuous research — use AI and modern research methods to solve technical problems and keep up with industry trends

Collaboration — work alongside senior developers, artists and designers, and apply code review feedback

Required Qualifications

Freshers only. We value personal projects, game jam entries and internship experience

AI proficiency — strong working knowledge of AI tools for research and for speeding up your coding workflow

Technical foundation — solid understanding of the Unity Engine and C# obje
