We are looking for a polished, mature and highly customer-oriented CRM / Client Relationship Executive to manage relationships with our premium and luxury clientele, including BVIP / very high-value customers.
- This role is specifically suited to professionals who have experience interacting directly with premium, luxury or high-expectation customers in industries where personalised service, discretion, attention to detail and relationship-building are critical.
- The role requires someone who understands how to communicate with BVIP and luxury customers, anticipate their expectations, maintain long-term relationships and deliver a highly personalised client experience.
- The ideal candidate will come from environments such as luxury retail, premium fashion, jewellery, luxury hotels, premium automotive, high-end interiors, luxury lifestyle, premium real estate or similar customer-centric businesses.

Experience: 2–3 Years

Compensation: ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month + lucrative incentives

Qualifications
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in premium/luxury customer-facing roles.
- Proven experience interacting directly with BVIP, premium or luxury customers.
- Experience in luxury retail, fashion, jewellery, hospitality, premium automotive, interiors, real estate, lifestyle or premium consumer businesses is strongly preferred.
- Robust understanding of personalised customer service and relationship-building.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Hospitality, Communications or a related discipline.
