Key Responsibilities
• Support the SVP,
Global Portfolio and Governance in providing visibility into enterprise
asset landscapes, dependency mapping, and risk exposure for executive and Board-level
reporting.
• Develop and maintain reporting frameworks that provide transparency into CMDB health,
asset coverage, and compliance across global operations.
Global CMDB Management
• Establish and govern the enterprise CMDB as the single source of truth for applications,
infrastructure, and technology assets
• Define CMDB standards, data models, and governance processes to ensure accuracy,
completeness, and consistency
• Ensure all configuration items (CIs) are properly identified, classified, and maintained
across systems and regions
• Drive adoption and integration of CMDB practices across technology and operational
teams
Asset Lifecycle Management
• Define and implement end-to-end asset lifecycle management processes, from acquisition
through retirement
