We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who can help us find new clients, build relationships and bring new IT projects to the company.

The Role

This is a hands-on business development role. We are looking for someone who can generate opportunities independently, communicate confidently with potential clients and take a business chance from the first conversation through to closing.

In simple terms:

Find Prospects → Contact → Understand Requirements → Proposal → Follow-up → Negotiate → Close

What You'll Do




- Generate new leads through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, networking, referrals and other channels.
- Identify potential clients who need software, web, mobile, e-commerce, digital marketing, cloud or other IT services.
- Connect with business owners, founders, CEOs, CTOs and other decision-makers.
- Explore both Indian and international markets.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with our technical team for solutions, scope and estimates.
- Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations.
- Conduct client calls and meetings.
- Follow up with prospects and keep opportunities moving.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms and close new projects.
- Maintain client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
- Keep the sales pipeline and CRM updated.

Online Bidding

Experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Guru or similar platforms will be an advantage.
