About the Role:

We are looking for a Quality Lead to lead Leanwatts' Customer Quality, Field Quality and Warranty processes.

The role will establish, implement and maintain quality systems capable of meeting IATF 16949 expectations, while ensuring consistent product quality and customer satisfaction across:
- 2W / 3W EV chargers and onboard charging products
- DC fast-charging power modules and converters
- Hybrid inverters, PCS and energy products
- Future Leanwatts integrated power-electronics platforms

You will own the quality system from incoming/internal process controls through final inspection, customer documentation, audits, complaint closure and continuous improvement.



Supplier and sub-supplier audits are outside the scope of this role for now.

What will You do:
- Own internal line quality across assembly, testing, rework and final inspection, including line controls, quality gates and escalation mechanisms.
- Establish and maintain Leanwatts' Quality Management System and processes required to progressively meet IATF 16949 requirements.
- Define and maintain process quality documentation including PFMEA, control plans, work instructions, inspection standards, check sheets and traceability requirements.
- Drive layered process audits, internal quality audits, process compliance reviews and closure of internal non-conformities and CAPA.
- Work closely with R&D;, Manufacturing, Service and Supply Chain to eliminate recurring defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Own customer quality expectations, customer complaints, escalation discipline, 8D
