About Snugs

Snugs is a fast-growing Indian D2C baby products brand, known for our baby carriers, rompers and everyday babywear. We sell direct through mysnugs.in and on Amazon India, and we're building a brand parents trust. We're looking for a performance marketer who can own the full funnel, from the first ad impression to the final checkout.

What you'll do
- Plan, launch and scale paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Own campaign structure, budgets, bidding, audiences and creative testing to hit revenue and efficiency targets
- Use campaign data to identify what's working and brief the creative team with clear creative angles, hook suggestions and audience insights — you direct the creative strategy, our designers and editors produce the assets
- Run structured A/B tests across ads, landing pages and product pages, and turn results into clear decisions
- Lead conversion rate optimisation on our Shopify store — PDPs, collection pages, checkout flow, page speed and mobile UX




- Manage the Shopify storefront end to end: theme edits, apps, landing pages, product setup and site performance
- Apply UI/UX principles to make every customer touchpoint simpler and more persuasive
- Keep all campaigns, pages and creatives consistent with the Snugs brand voice and visual identity, and contribute to how the brand evolves
- Track and report weekly on ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, AOV and LTV using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and Shopify analytics

What we're looking for
- 5+ years running Google Ads and Meta Ads for D2C / ecommerce brands, with meaningful monthly budgets
- Hands-on Shopify expertise — theme customisation, apps, page building and store optimisation
- Proven track record in A/B testing and CRO, with examples of tests that moved conversion rate or revenue
- Robust analytical skills: comfortable in GA4, Ads dashboards and spreadsheets, and able to explain what the numbers mean
