Role Purpose:
The Assistant Manager Taxation is responsible for managing direct and indirect tax compliances,supporting tax audits and assessments,



ensuring adherence to Indian tax regulations, and providing taxrelated advice to internal stakeholders. The role requires robust knowledge of Indian taxation laws, including Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct Tax Compliance:
- Ensure timely computation, payment, and filing of corporate income tax returns.
- Manage Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) compliance, including deductions, deposits, reconciliations, and quarterly return filings.
- Review tax provisions and deferred tax calculations for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Coordinate with consultants and tax authorities on assessments, notices, appeals, and litigation matters.
