About the Role

We are looking for an Inside Sales Associate to join the House of Crazies who can identify the right prospects, generate qualified leads, and create meaningful business opportunities within the entertainment industry.
As Opportunity Creators, we believe inside sales is not just about making calls or sending emails. It is about finding the right clients and partners, understanding their entertainment requirements, and opening conversations where our acts and live experiences can create real value.
You will work closely with the Sales and Strategy teams to research prospects, connect with decision-makers, understand their requirements, and generate qualified meetings for our entertainment acts, intellectual properties, live shows, and upcoming experiences.

How You Create Opportunities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation

· Identify potential clients and partners across MICE, corporate events, weddings, festivals, venues, colleges, clubs, and hospitality.
· Research key decision-makers and stakeholders within prospective organisations, agencies, and event companies.




· Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, social media, summits, and other relevant channels.
· Build a consistent pipeline of potential bookings, partnerships, and business opportunities.
- Lead Qualification

· Understand the prospect’s event, audience, entertainment requirements, budget, location, and timelines.
· Qualify leads based on their requirements, relevance, and potential fit with our entertainment offerings.
· Identify the right act, show format, or entertainment experience based on the prospect’s needs.
· Ensure qualified opportunities are effectively briefed to the Sales and Strategy teams.

· Develop a solid understanding of our entertainment acts, intellectual properties, show formats, and audience experiences.
