About the Role

Roam N Learn is looking for a energetic and execution-focused Regional Manager to lead the company’s marketing, sales, business development and regional operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can build the market, generate business opportunities, manage the team and take ownership of projects from planning through execution.

The Regional Manager will act as the key point of responsibility for the region and ensure that marketing, sales and operational activities are aligned with the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute regional marketing and sales strategies to increase Roam N Learn’s reach and student participation.
2. Generate new business opportunities through colleges, universities, educational institutions, corporate partners and other relevant organisations.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with college management, decision-makers, partners, sponsors and other stakeholders.




4. Lead presentations, meetings, negotiations and partnership discussions.
5. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, college activations, promotional activities, events and student engagement programmes.
6. Manage the sales pipeline, follow-ups, conversions and regional revenue targets.
7. Identify opportunities for sponsorships, strategic partnerships and brand collaborations.
8. Lead and manage the regional team, allocate responsibilities and regularly monitor individual and team performance.
9. Coordinate with marketing, operations, vendors, creative teams and management to ensure projects are delivered according to plan.
10. Take ownership of the planning and execution of upcoming Roam N Learn expeditions and projects within the assigned region.
