About Byberr
Byberr is building a better way for hospitality brands to work with creators.
We help restaurants, cafés, hotels and other hospitality brands discover the right creators and run structured influencer marketing campaigns—from creator sourcing and outreach to campaign execution and reporting.
We're growing and looking for someone who can help us bring recent brands onto Byberr and manage those relationships from the first conversation through campaign execution.
What you'll be doing
This is a combination of business development, sales, client relationships and campaign management.
Business Development & Sales
- Research and identify potential hospitality brands.
- Cold call restaurants, cafés, hotels and other prospective clients.
- Reach decision-makers through calls, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn.
- Introduce Byberr and understand the brand's marketing requirements.
- Follow up with prospects and build relationships.
- Schedule and participate in meetings with interested brands.
- Convert opportunities into paying clients.
- Maintain leads,



conversations and follow-ups in our CRM.

Cold calling is an important part of this role. You should be genuinely comfortable picking up the phone and speaking to new businesses every day.
Campaign & Client Management
Once a brand comes onboard, you'll also help manage their campaigns.
You'll:
- Understand campaign requirements and briefs.
- Coordinate creator sourcing and shortlisting with the team.
- Communicate campaign plans and creator options to clients.
- Coordinate with brands and creators throughout the campaign.
- Track creator visits, content and deliverables.
- Make sure campaigns move according to timelines.
- Handle day-to-day client communication and follow-ups.
- Solve issues that come up during campaign execution.
- Maintain campaign data and client updates.
- Build relationships that turn first campaigns into long-term partnerships.
