About the Role
We are looking for a Marketplace Growth Manager to help build and scale our marketplace business, with Amazon as the primary focus and exposure to other large platforms such as Flipkart, Myntra and Ajio. This is a business growth role, not a traditional Key Account Manager role. We are looking for someone who can look at a marketplace as a business, understand what is driving growth, identify gaps, build the plan and work with internal and external teams to deliver results. The role will require hands-on marketplace knowledge, especially Amazon Seller Central, but the larger expectation is ownership of growth across assortment, pricing, visibility, merchandising, marketing, inventory, conversion and profitability.

Responsibilities
What You Will Own
- Drive marketplace growth with clear ownership of revenue, sales, assortment, conversion and profitability.
- Build and execute marketplace growth plans across assortment, pricing, promotions, visibility, merchandising, marketing and inventory.
- Identify growth opportunities using marketplace data, customer behaviour,



category trends and platform-level insights.
- Track performance closely and turn data into explicit actions rather than just reporting numbers.
- Work with marketplace teams to unlock visibility, events, category opportunities and commercial programs.
- Take initiatives end-to-end — from identifying the opportunity to building the plan, driving execution and measuring the outcome.

Amazon – Primary Marketplace
- Own the growth agenda for Amazon and understand the key levers that influence marketplace performance.
- Have hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, including catalog, listings, variations, attributes and listing health.
- Improve product discoverability and conversion through better titles, keywords, content, images, A+ and merchandising.
- Monitor traffic, conversion, search performance, assortment and product-level performance to identify opportunities.
