About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with robust expertise in Capital Markets, Banking, and Regulatory Reporting to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Liquidity Reporting, Solvency Reporting, FINREP, COREP, and regulatory data management processes. This role will involve working closely with business stakeholders, regulatory reporting teams, data owners, application SMEs, and technology teams to support regulatory reporting initiatives, data lineage analysis, business process transformation, and compliance programs. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, transparency, and regulatory compliance across enterprise reporting platforms.

What You'll Do:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, regulatory reporting teams, and technical teams to define functional solutions.




- Analyze regulatory reporting data chains and understand how application data contributes to regulatory submissions and key data outputs.
- Support Liquidity, Solvency, FINREP, COREP, and other regulatory reporting processes.
- Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements and compliance enhancements.
- Define and document business requirements, functional specifications, data mappings, and process flows.
- Perform data lineage analysis and trace data movement across upstream and downstream systems.
- Validate source-to-target mappings and assess data transformation logic.
- Identify and assess Critical Data Elements (CDEs) and ensure alignment with business definitions.
- Collaborate with Application SMEs and Data Owners to understand data ownership, usage, and reporting requirements.
