Job Summary
We are looking for a Derivatives Analyst specializing in Options Selling to join our growing team in Bangalore.
The role involves analyzing Indian F&O; markets , identifying high-probability opportunities, developing actionable trade setups, and building data-backed options strategies. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a real-time market workplace and have a strong understanding of options pricing, volatility and risk.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze Nifty, Bank Nifty and stock options to identify high-probability trading opportunities.
- Develop and evaluate directional and non-directional options strategies .
- Work with strategies such as Bull/Bear Spreads, Straddles, Strangles, Iron Condors, Calendars,



Ratio Spreads and other option structures .
- Analyze Options Greeks, IV, IV Rank/Percentile, OI, PCR, Max Pain and option-chain data .
- Identify market regimes — trending, range-bound, high/low volatility — and select appropriate strategies.
- Generate actionable intraday and positional trade setups with defined entry, exit, SL, adjustment and hedging rules.
- Monitor live trades and conduct post-trade analysis to continuously improve strategies.
- Convert trading ideas into systematic, rule-based and testable frameworks .

What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in derivatives research, options trading or a similar role.
- Strong practical understanding of the Indian F&O; market .
- Excellent knowledge of Options Greeks, IV, OI, volatility and option-chain analysis .
- Hands-on experience with directional and non-directional options strategies .
- Strong understanding of options selling and risk m
