Compensation:
• Base Salary: USD $150/month
• Performance Incentive: USD $1 for every client who attends their scheduled consultation

WBM Property Investment Ltd. is a UK-based property investment, development, architectural and planning consultancy supporting homeowners, landlords, developers and investors across England and Wales.
We are looking for ambitious and motivated Appointment Setters / SDRs who want to develop not only sales skills, but also practical knowledge of UK property, planning and client consultation.

About the Role
This is not a traditional appointment-setting role.




You will be one of the first points of contact for prospective clients and will be trained to conduct structured initial consultation calls yourself.
Your role will include understanding the client's property requirements, qualifying the enquiry, carrying out initial planning and property due diligence, identifying the appropriate next step and arranging specialist consultations where required.
Full training will be provided on company services, planning research, consultation processes, CRM, internal resources and software.
The role combines:
