Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance qualified to manage electrical maintenance activities for our DRI Plant at Kalunga, Odisha . The role is responsible for ensuring high equipment availability, reliable plant operations, effective preventive and breakdown maintenance, shutdown planning, spares management, team coordination, and continuous maintenance improvement.

Key Responsibilities
1. Plant Electrical Maintenance & Uptime
- Ensure reliable operation and maximum uptime of electrical equipment across the DRI Plant.




- Monitor electrical equipment performance and implement reliability improvement measures.
- Drive maintenance improvement initiatives to reduce equipment breakdowns and downtime.
- Support production targets through effective and timely maintenance practices.

2. Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance
- Ensure adherence to CLTI (Cleaning, Lubrication, Tightening & Inspection) and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Monitor maintenance checklists, schedules, and compliance.
- Troubleshoot electrical breakdowns and ensure timely restoration of equipment.
- Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) .
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance MIS reports.

3. Shutdown Maintenance
- Plan, schedule, and execute electrical maintenance activities during plant shutdowns.
- Ensure timely completion of shutdown jobs as per approved schedules.
- Optimize shutdown duration,
