We are looking for an experienced SI Partner Manager to manage and grow strategic Global Systems Integrator (GSI) partnerships across India and global markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-growth strategic partnerships, driving joint co-sell revenue, building multi-million-dollar services pipelines, and developing partner-led go-to-market strategies .
This role will focus on building C-suite sponsorship, strengthening relationships across Data & AI, industry, and sales practices, accelerating joint pipeline and consumption growth, and expanding partner capabilities through certifications, enablement, co-developed intellectual property, and industry solutions.
The position is based in India, with Bangalore preferred , and requires strong knowledge of the India and global GSI ecosystem, offshore/GCC delivery models, partner P&Ls;, enterprise software sales, consumption-based business models, and services-led GTM strategies .

Key Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen C-suite sponsorship and executive relationships across strategic GSI partners.




- Develop solid mindshare across partner Data & AI, industry, and sales practices .
- Establish the organization as a primary growth partner within strategic GSI accounts.
- Develop and execute partner-specific go-to-market strategies and sales plays .
- Build joint sales pipelines and drive consumption growth across priority enterprise accounts.
- Identify and execute opportunities to increase partner-led revenue and services pipeline .
- Expand GSI partner capabilities through certification programs, enablement initiatives, and delivery readiness .
- Drive the development and commercialization of co-developed intellectual property, technical assets, and industry solutions .
- Support adoption of emerging AI, data, analytics, lakehouse, agentic AI, and industry-specific technologies through strategic partners.
