Role Overview

Highbrow Technology Inc is looking for a Digital Solutions Pre-Sales / Solution Architect who can work closely with customers, Sales, Engineering, and Delivery teams to understand business and technical requirements and translate them into practical digital solutions.
The role will primarily support opportunities across AI/ML, Generative AI, Computer Vision, Edge AI, Data & Analytics, IoT, Cloud, Smart Infrastructure, and other digital transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have strong customer-facing capabilities, positive technical understanding, and experience conducting requirement discovery, solution architecture, POCs, demonstrations, and technical proposal development.

Key Responsibilities

· Participate in customer discovery meetings and understand business, operational, and technical requirements.
· Work with Sales teams during initial customer discussions and opportunity qualification.
· Visit customer locations when required to understand site conditions, existing infrastructure, workflows, devices, applications, and integration requirements.




· Identify suitable digital solution use cases based on customer business challenges.
· Translate customer requirements into solution architecture, functional requirements, and technical scope.
· Work with internal Engineering, Product, and Delivery teams to validate technical feasibility.
· Develop high-level and detailed solution architecture.
· Prepare technical presentations, solution proposals, architecture diagrams, BOMs, scope documents, and SOW inputs.
· Support customer demonstrations, technical workshops, and solution walkthroughs.
· Support POCs and pilot engagements from initial requirement definition through customer evaluation.
· Support responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs from the technical and solution perspective.
· Identify integration requirements across applications, APIs, cloud platforms, databases, cameras, sensors, IoT devices, and enterprise systems.
