Role Description The Digital Sales - Assistant Manager/Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane.

The markets that we want to address thru digital channels are India, Asia, EU and Americas.

The role involves managing digital sales channels, responding to customer inquiries, and driving conversions through online platforms. Daily tasks include engaging with prospects and existing customers, presenting product information, handling follow-ups, and maintaining accurate sales records.



The person in this role will coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, resolve service issues, and support digital marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and sales performance.

The position will eventually move to leadership position with its own dedicated team.
The position also requires monitoring sales metrics, preparing periodic reports, and suggesting improvements to digital sales strategies.
