ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are hiring a Chief of Staff for a fast-growing, founder-led, bootstrapped hospitality group. This is a hands-on, "solve-and-deliver" role, built for someone who wants to convert strategy into results, problems into solutions, and ideas into action.

You'll work directly with the Founder across three distinct, high-growth business lines: a scaling B2C QSR (quick-service restaurant) chain, a B2B institutional catering business targeting aggressive growth, and an early-stage AI-led FoodTech venture.

This role sits at the center of the group's growth trajectory, driving everything from local operational improvements to international expansion.
