Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our US IT staffing team. The candidate will be responsible for marketing IT consultants on bench, identifying suitable contract opportunities, developing vendor relationships, generating interviews, and successfully placing consultants with US clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Market and place IT consultants who are currently on bench.
- Identify suitable job requirements through vendor networks, job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Work with implementation partners, prime vendors, tier-1 vendors, and third-party recruiters .
- Submit qualified consultants to relevant contract and contract-to-hire positions.
- Negotiate rates, terms, and other requirements with vendors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with IT staffing vendors and recruiters.
- Follow up on submissions,



interviews, offers, and placements.
- Understand consultant skills, work authorization, location preferences, availability, and rate expectations.
- Market consultants through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, vendor portals, and other platforms .
- Maintain accurate records of consultant marketing and submission activities.
- Coordinate with recruiters and account managers for timely submissions.
- Identify current vendor/client relationships and business opportunities.
- Provide regular updates on consultant marketing and placement status.

Required Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales / Bench Sales Recruiting.
- Strong understanding of the US IT staffing market .
- Experience working with C2C, W2, and 1099 requirements.
- Good understanding of US work authorization and staffing practices.
