Job Description
Mid-Level Product Designer
nBengaluru | Full-Time
n
nYou know how to move a product forward. Not the kind of "forward" that looks good in a deck — the kind where users actually get it and teams can ship it.
nWe're looking for a Mid-Level Product Designer to own features, flows, and user problems across our client roster — fintech, edtech, deep tech. You'll work with PMs and engineers who expect you to bring thinking, not just pixels.

- Get feedback from senior designers and grow from itn
n
nWho we're looking for:
n
- n
- 3–5 years designing in product, SaaS, or digital environmentsn

- Comfortable with user research and testing — you can articulate why a design worksn
- Solid fundamentals: information architecture, interaction design, accessibility basicsn
- Proficient in Figma (and comfortable learning other tools)n
- Ownership mindset — you follow a project through to launch, not just handoffn
n
nWhy Lollypop:
n
- n
- Real craft: Work on products that solve real problems, not templatesn

- Growth path: Progression to Senior Designer based on impact and craftn
- Work variety: Different industries, problems, and team structures keep it freshn
- 180+ designers globally, 50+ awards, 2B+ lives touchedn
- Competitive package + benefits + flexibilityn
n
nHow to apply:
nUpload your resume, portfolio link (Dribbble/Behance/your site), and a short note (~100 words) on a product design decision you made and why.
